We have a range of bikes to suit most people and situations. We start with the very lightweight Raptor at £799 and have many step through, step over and folding bikes, with choices on wheel and battery sizes.
If during the first 12 months your FreeGo electric bike malfunctions and cannot be repaired within 5 working days it will be replaced with a new electric bike.
This guarantee, unique to Freego, reflects the confidence we have in our products and is available to the original purchaser. *
All Freego Bikes come with Warranties. The separate components have different warranty periods ranging from 1 to 4 years. Bike frames have a warranty of 4 years, the battery of 2 years. All other parts, with the exception of brake blocks/pads, tyres, lights and cables etc, have a warranty of 1 year. The Warranty is not transferable.
All of our products are tested to EN15194, the latest safety standards by which all electric bikes are tested, and are fully CE approved.
Try Before You Buy
Your stockist will understand that it can be difficult choosing your ideal electric bike, therefore they encourage you to `Try Before You Buy` so that you are 100% happy and confident the with bike that you select.
Once you have purchased your Freego Electric Bike from an approved Stockist, they will be only too pleased to take care of all your servicing needs.
*Should your approved stockist be unable to resolve a problem with with either a FreeGo bike he will send it to or Service Centre in Southampton. If the bike is less than one year old and we unable to resolve the problem within five working days the bike will be replaced. Should an identical bike be unavailable an appropriate model will be used as a replacement. The five working days is five full working week days at our Service Centre and does not include transportation time. Freego cannot be held responsible for any delays in transportation. This Guarantee is only valid if the bike has been registered on the Freego web site.
