Since 1993, the sports-oriented brand CONWAY has been part of the brand architecture of Hermann Hartje KG. With more than 100 models, it is as extensive as ever in the current model year. The dynamic development will also influence the internal brand structure in the future. As a first part of a multi-stage reform package, industry builder Jens Steinhäuser was hired as CONWAY. The aim of the structure is to make the brand more independent in the future.
Jens Steinhäuser (38) is well connected in the industry and knows how to steer the fortunes of a sportive brand. Most recently, as a senior manager of Sales & Marketing at Ghost, he learned about the business in Waldsassen over twenty years ago: "In my personal considerations, I asked myself which brand I would use to bring my experience to the best possible level and to actively deal with future disciplines can be controlled. The good discussions with the management of Hermann Hartje KG encouraged me to do so in the future at CONWAY. "
Jens Steinhäuser is now located in the new CONWAY Headquarter in Augsburg and controls the future orientation of the brand from there.
